We will be joined by Maryland Delegate Kriselda Valderrama, Mr. Daniel Udoff of Kahn, Smith & Collins, P.A., and AFSCME field rep. Kimberly Reid, whose sister and entire family have been affected dramatically by COVID-19 and being denied workers' comp after contracting the disease on the job.

Del. Valderrama is the sponsor of House Bill 1199: Workers' Compensation - Occupational Disease Presumptions. Mr. Udoff is an attorney who oversees Kahn, Smith & Collins' workers' compensation practice and handles personal injury matters.
